I ordered the Shio Tori Ramen, and it was honestly the best Ramen I’ve tasted so far. The miso chicken was the juiciest meat I’ve bitten into. The broth has that umami which brings it to another level. The tomago seasoning was on point and when its yolk mixed into the broth, it made me question life. Adding black pepper paste and chili powder to the broth elevated the experience even more. Their chef is probably a Michelin star holder! On the other note, “crowd favorites” mixer deserves its name. We also tried Hamachi hand roll, soft shell kani tempura and cheese katsu curry don. They were fantastic and beautifully plated. Our server was Jonrey or J something I forgot, he was friendly and even made an effort on explaining the different sushis Honestly, Ooma just beat Yabu, Ramen Kuroda, Ramen Nagi, Nobu, and even my long-time favorite - Santouka. If you’re looking for ramen that makes you feel you’re in Japan, this is the one.

This place has the vibes of a Japanese alley Restaurant which serves elevated Japanese food. The rice bowls, and tempura were pretty standard. About what I would expect for the price I pay for. But the sushi rolls , chef’s kiss. I love how playful the flavors tastes, the aburi maki was fabulous. The California maki was basic tho. Definitely one of those go-to Japanese restaurants for good food and vibes.

100% recommend eating in the japanese elevated space (there's only 3 iirc) its semi-private & u have to take off your shoes. only downside is it's harder to call the attention of the waiters. the food and sushi is good

Had a great experience at Ooma Megamall! Staff were very accommodating and friendly—always all smiles, which made dining even more enjoyable. Special kudos to Jea and Joshi for their warm service. Joshi is not only attentive but also has such a pretty face! We ordered from the new menu—the Shio Tori Ramen is great! We also loved the cheesy butadon curry, mushroom, beef udon and more Everything was delicious! Keep up the excellent service.

Ooma is actually one of our go-to Japanese resto whenever we are craving for Ebi Tempura, and we just dined at the Megamall branch a while ago. The food was totally good! The Ebi Tempura is really flavorful, has nice texture! Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. This is actually our favorite Ebi Tempura. We also tried the newly released Shio Tori Ramen, which had unique flavor and toppings! It’s a one-of-a-kind ramen which is very generous in terms of toppings, distinct and bold flavor, and very filling. We also ordered the Cheese Katsu Curry, and it is one of the best curry dish I’ve tried so far! The meat is tender almost like it melts in your mouth, together with the cheese filling. The sauce is extremely flavorful as well. Aside from the dishes we’ve tried, I would like to commend our servers Jowi and Hady for giving us a wonderful experience! Fast and thoughtful service from them. They are an asset to the team, good job for the both of them. We’re looking forward to try your other dishes next time!

Exceptional Japanese dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and served promptly. The customer service was equally impressive, with the team being attentive and courteous throughout. Special thanks to Sir Marjon, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. His warm hospitality truly elevated our visit. Highly recommended!
